BIS has issued a call for evidence (closing on 26 July 2012) on the European Commission’s proposals for a Posting of Workers Enforcement Directive, which is likely to have an impact on businesses that employ posted workers or post workers to other member states and workers posted to or from the UK, in particular those in the construction sector.
